New York Sketchbook Pages

New direction...a sketchbook page above.

I had a wonderful trip to New York last month. Spent several hours sketching in the instrument gallery at the MET. Here is a page from that trip:

Kaleid Gallery is proud to present "Into the Void" - its first cosmic/futuristic/pre-and-post-apocalyptic themed exhibition, featuring new paintings and ink renderings by Andy Gouveia and Pellet.

Inspired by science fiction paperback novels, old educational films, elementary school visits to the Exploratorium and anatomically incorrect illustrations of prehistoric beasts, "Into the Void" will include 60+ new pieces of art that might just melt your face off and fry your brain, if viewed from the proper angle. The always amazing Benjamin Henderson will be performing a solo music set that'll be sure to melt your heart (and maybe your face some more).
